User License Agreement 

This User License Agreement is a legal agreement governing the terms of use of the Digital Product(s) that you are downloading, or purchasing from Brush Volt Art Services.
 
Please read this entire User License Agreement before agreeing to be bound. By downloading, or purchasing the Digital Product(s), you agree to the terms of this agreement. 

NUMBER OF USERS
This license is granted for a single user only.
 
A single user can install one (1) Digital Product(s) up to a maximum of two (2) computer devices.
 
The Digital Product(s) can be used only by the same user on both computer devices.
 
Examples:
1 Home Computer; 1 Home Computer
1 Home Computer; 1 Office Computer
1 Home Computer; 1 Laptop
1 Home Computer; 1 Tablet
1 Laptop; 1 Tablet
 
You must purchase a License for each user who will install, or use the Digital Product(s). The number of users is equal to the quantity chosen at the time of purchase, displayed on your receipt as the product quantity.  

PERMITTED USES
This User License Agreement grants you a terminable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to access and use the Digital Product(s). For the creation of digital and physical end products—commercial and non-commercial use.  

PROHIBITED USES
All copying, modifying, reselling, duplicating, lending, trading, renting, sharing, relicensing or any other unauthorized distribution of the Digital Product(s) is prohibited, either as they exist or any modification.
 
All recreating, altering, and modifying of the Digital Products(s) (wholly or partly) in order to create a similar product offered for free, or for sale is prohibited.
 
The Digital Product(s) cannot be installed into other app(s), only to the one that is designed for. Example, Photoshop brushes are Licensed for use only in Adobe Photoshop and may not be installed in any other app(s). 

COMPATIBILITY
You are responsible for ensuring your device(s) meets the requirements to install and use the Digital Product(s).  

TERMINATION
If you breach any of the terms of this User License Agreement it will cause the termination of this License. In the event of termination, you agree to immediately return, or delete completely the Digital Product(s), and certify that no copy remains in your possession, or control. Brush Volt Art Services shall be under no obligation to refund any fees paid by you in the event that this License is terminated by reason of a breach.  

LIMIT OF LIABILITY
In no event will Brush Volt Art Services be liable to you for any consequential or incidental damages, including any lost revenue, profits, goodwill or savings, or for any claim by any third party.  

GENERAL
You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and understand it and that by using the Digital Product(s), you will be bound by its terms and conditions.
 
Brush Volt Art Services expressly reserves the right to amend this User License Agreement at any time and without prior notification.
