Refund policy

I treasure, and create the products as best as I could for the artists to use and enjoy in their artworks. I want you to be happy with the products, and services in Brush Volt, but if you are not satisfied, do not worry my friend, here is the refund policy.

 

First, please read the product description, software compatibility and FAQ’s thoroughly. Do your research or Contact Us for questions to avoid any dissatisfaction, confusion, or errors in purchasing your products.

 

Second, due to the nature of digital products refunds will be based on absolute discretion. So, by completing a purchase you agree that the issue of a refund will be made at the absolute discretion of Brush Volt.

 

• Refunds can be requested only within 7 days of your original purchase date.
• All bundle products are ineligible for refund.
• Products purchased on sale are ineligible for refunds.
• User License Agreement is automatically void after refund.
